Role Description The Account Representative is a part-time, on-site role located in Boise, ID. This position is responsible for supporting customers with policy inquiries, coverage explanations, and account updates via phone, email, and in person. Day-to-day tasks include responding to customer requests, processing policy changes, assisting with billing questions, and helping prepare quotes and applications. The role also involves maintaining accurate account records, coordinating with agents and internal teams, and ensuring a positive, professional customer experience. The Account Representative may support local outreach activities and office administrative tasks to strengthen relationships within the Boise community.
