Responsibilities

The Inserta Tee Market Manager position provides expert support to ensure the goals and standards of the company are being met.  This position is recognized as an expert product resource that facilitates the growth of the product by collaborating with sales, marketing, and other teams.  This position is responsible to raise awareness, acceptance, and usage of Inserta products leading to sales growth.  This position is expected to travel 50% of the time.  The Market Manager position reports directly to the Product Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with field sales team, sales engineer team, management, and customers, raising awareness, acceptance, and usage of Inserta products.
  • Project support for Inserta products displaying proficiency in product selection, pricing, availability, certifications (AIS, BABA, etc), technical details, and operational understanding.
  • Offer proficient technical support to field sales and customers.
  • Collaborate with internal departments (operations, corporate, order management, project resource center, etc) to maximize performance.
  • Set and execute performance goals by region.
  • Communicate market conditions, competitive activity, and company strategy to management.
  • Monitor key daily metrics (orders, shipments, etc.).
  • Identify challenges and partner to find solutions.
  • Proactively support product approvals (DOT, Agency, Municipal, etc).
  • Support sales and customers with post-installation inspection review.
  • Support Operations Challenge events.
  • Proactively provide field sales team with targeted lead generation opportunities in sanitary application.
  • Understand and support the goals, initiatives, and strategies of the business.
  • Support the Product Manager with product training, meetings, and marketing as directed/needed.

 

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required (Business, Engineering, or technical field preferred).
  • 3-5 years of constructionrelated sales and sales management experience.
  • Experience with engineered or technical products.
  • Proven history of growing sales and driving business development.
  • Recognition as a strong industry sales performer (awards, measurable achievements, etc.).
  • Prior governmental sales or publicsector business development experience preferred.
