a variety of spring internship positions. Take advantage of on the

Job Description

Organize and implement training programs, presentations, and workshops for volunteers/interns.

Use creativity in designing training procedures.

Assess training needs of volunteers/interns and formulate appropriate training plans in accordance with these needs.

Evaluate effectiveness of training.

Consult with other Board members and report training plans and results.

Coordinate with training volunteer/interns to design and implement training.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree 

Experience in Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, or another related field.

Experience working in a nonprofit organization.

Excellent presentation skills.

Comfortable with public speaking.

Good management skills 

Passion for women's education and economic opportunities.
