Position: Systems Administration
Location: Onsite Colorado Springs
Clearance: Active Secret
NOTE; We are looking for a combo of Sys admin and VOIP admin experience
Key Responsibilities
Provide deskside support, placement, and basic troubleshooting for VoIP/VoSIP devices.
Submit service tickets and elevate incidents/requests as needed.
Coordinate with provisioning authorities during installation of new VoIP/VoSIP devices.
Install new software releases, system upgrades, patches, and resolve software-related issues affecting Cisco Unified Communications Manager (UCM).
Perform system backups and recovery; maintain system data files and configurations to ensure data integrity.
Create, maintain, and troubleshoot client endpoints within UCM, including software-defined and physical device configurations.
Monitor system performance, identify issues, and maintain operational stability.
Apply established concepts, processes, and procedures to assigned tasks under general supervision.
Required Qualifications
4-6 years of experience with Cisco Call Manager.
Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM) certification required.
Experience supporting secure voice systems (VoIP/VoSIP) in enterprise or government environments.
Strong troubleshooting skills and familiarity with ticketing systems.
Ability to follow established procedures and work within a team environment.
