Join an innovative AI research initiative focused on developing next-generation text-to-speech (TTS) technology capable of producing natural, expressive, and human-like voices. We are seeking talented voice professionals based in the United States with native American English accents to record high-quality speech samples that will help train and evaluate advanced AI voice models.
This opportunity is ideal for experienced voice actors, narrators, broadcasters, podcasters, and other voice professionals who can consistently deliver clear, engaging, and emotionally expressive recordings across a variety of scripts.
Requirements
Key Responsibilities
  • Record high-quality voice samples for conversational, narrative, instructional, and other scripted content.
  • Deliver natural, expressive performances with excellent control of tone, pacing, pronunciation, and emotion.
  • Maintain consistent vocal quality, accent, and delivery throughout multiple recording sessions.
  • Follow detailed recording specifications, including microphone setup, recording environment, and file formatting requirements.
  • Produce multiple takes with varying emotion, emphasis, and speaking styles when requested.
  • Ensure recordings meet quality standards suitable for AI training and evaluation.
Required Qualifications
  • Native American English speaker currently residing in the United States.
  • Professional experience in voice acting, dubbing, narration, podcasting, broadcasting, or related voice performance work.
  • Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup, including a quality microphone, quiet recording environment, and appropriate audio equipment.
  • Excellent pronunciation, diction, vocal clarity, and emotional range.
  • Ability to accurately follow scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging delivery.
  • Availability to contribute approximately 5-10 hours per week throughout the project.
