Job Description We are seeking a Regulated Voice Recording Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in design, implementation, and maintenance of NICE voice recording systems across on-prem and cloud environments and a proven ability to deliver compliant, integrated recording solutions aligned to industry and jurisdictional regulations. Responsibilities: Plan, deploy, and maintain regulated voice recording solutions with seamless integration to adjunct voice technologies.

Lead and manage technology changes and complex projects, translating requests into technical scope and execution plans. Ensure compliance with industry standards and jurisdictional requirements for all recording platforms. Integrate recording with telephony systems including PBX, VoIP, and cloud-based platforms.

Develop and execute risk mitigation plans for pre-, during, and post-transformation activities. Drive migrations in adherence to change control, security, compliance, and regulatory requirements. Document and implement business requirements and provide clear program and status updates to stakeholders and senior technology leadership.

Required Skills & Qualifications: Hands-on expertise with NICE recording platforms such as NICE NTR, NICE NTRX, NICE NTRX Cloud, Compass, and Sentinel. Proficiency with IPC Unigy and integration across PBX, VoIP, and cloud voice ecosystems. Ability to deliver technology solutions within regulated voice or adjacent voice and video domains.

Strong program and change management capabilities including pre-implementation planning, cutover, and post-change validation. Proficient in MySQL and Microsoft SQL Server scripting and database navigation. Analytical and organizational skills with attention to detail and sound decision-making.

Ability to interpret technology updates and assess applicability to supported environments. Effective communication and stakeholder engagement across customers, leadership, and technical teams. Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced setting.

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and advanced Microsoft Visio proficiency. 10+ years of experience delivering technology initiatives; bachelor's degree preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience with regulated voice recording in financial services environments.
