The selected candidate will be responsible for hands-on technical implementation, solution development, troubleshooting, system optimization, and ongoing operational support.The ideal candidate will have experience managing complex telephony environments, supporting endpoint connectivity, integrating voice solutions with enterprise workflows, and ensuring compliance with federal cybersecurity standards.
