About the Role

We are looking for a Spanish Conversational AI Operations Specialist to help us build and support voice AI agents serving customers in the United States.

This role combines two areas:

  • Testing and improving Spanish-language voice AI agents
  • Providing customer support for live deployments during US business hours (Pacific Time)

You will work closely with Product, Engineering, and Implementation/Customer teams to ensure our AI agents deliver a high-quality customer experience.

What You'll Do
  • [QA] Test Spanish voice AI agents and validate conversation quality
  • [QA] Review call recordings, transcripts, and AI interactions
  • [QA] Identify language, pronunciation, conversational, and workflow issues
  • [QA] Provide structured feedback to improve AI agent performance
  • [Support] Support a few dedicated customers through email, tickets, and operational requests
  • [Support] Troubleshoot basic issues and coordinate with internal teams for resolution
  • [Support] Track customer feedback and communicate product improvement opportunities
  • [Support] Help maintain a high-quality experience for live customers
What We're Looking For
  • Native or near-native Spanish proficiency (Mexican Spanish)
  • Strong written and spoken English
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
  • Comfortable reviewing conversations and identifying issues
  • Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving & communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
