Job description
Kaleidoscope ABA is seeking a Pennsylvania Licensed Behavioral Specialist (LBS) to join our team supporting children with autism in Philadelphia. Competitive hourly rate. Immediate openings for a full or parttime caseload. We offer compassionate ABA therapy to help our clients make real progress in real life! We are growing and can't wait to meet our newest members! Seeking passionate and compassionate clinicians! Kaleidoscope ABA is a supportive company helping clinicians progress in the field.
LBS's duties includes:
> Team supervisor; develop positive relationships with clients, their families, and our staff.
> Supervision of behavior technicians; weekly hands-on training and monitoring programs
> Treatment planning of client's individualized clinical program and analyzing their effectiveness
> Parent training; developing positive relationships with parents and weekly training sessions to teach them ABA principles
> Assessment of client progress over time
> Flexible scheduling
> Choose your own hours and locations

An active Pennsylvania LBS (Licensed Behavioral Specialist) is required.
