Join a family-owned business that values work-life balance! Our client is looking for a Visual Merchandising Associate to join the marketing department. You'll work directly with the visual display and leadership team, helping plan, execute, and maintain a showroom that brings trends to life for our customers.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Assist the Visual Merchandise Team in planning and executing floor moves
  • Ensure the showroom floor is displayed and tagged properly
  • Maintain store appearance to merchandising and cleanliness standards
  • Support lead family members in achieving merchandising and operational goals
  • Interact with customers and co-workers professionally and positively
  • Acknowledge and assist customers for a great shopping experience
  • Participate in new store set-ups and sales/visual meetings
  • Educate the team on re-merchandised areas (sales floor, pricing, tagging)

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Previous visual display experience required
  • Positive, energetic, "go-getter" attitude
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Passion for home furnishing style trends
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, not required

SCHEDULE

  • 2-4 weekdays plus Saturday
  • Closed Sundays and Mondays

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Able to lift a minimum of 30 lbs. without restrictions
  • Able to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and carry product
  • Comfortable using and climbing ladders
  • Able to stand and move throughout the store and stock room for extended periods
