JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Manager, Visual Media Platform & Operations provides strategic and operational leadership for Greystar's enterprise visual media ecosystem, including digital asset management (DAM), visual media distribution platforms, and third-party supplier relationships. This role is responsible for platform governance, workflow optimization, operational standards, supplier performance, and continuous improvement initiatives that ensure scalable, compliant, and consistent visual media experiences across Greystar's portfolio.
The position partners closely with Marketing, Property Operations, Technology, and external suppliers to enhance platform capabilities, operational efficiency, and the quality of visual media supporting Greystar's business objectives.

JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Platform Strategy & Governance

  • Owns the strategy, governance, and continuous optimization of Greystar's visual media platform ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business objectives, accessibility (WCAG), regulatory requirements, and enterprise standards.
  • Establishes and maintains governance frameworks, operational policies, standards, workflows, and best practices that promote consistency, scalability, and high-quality visual media across the organization.
  • Leads the implementation and enhancement of platform capabilities, tools, and technologies supporting visual media operations.

Operational Excellence

  • Designs, implements, and governs end-to-end workflows supporting media production, asset management, content distribution, and lifecycle management through Greystar team members in the US and India
  • Ensures quality standards and operational controls are maintained across digital assets and visual media processes.
  • Identifies operational inefficiencies and drives workflow improvements, automation opportunities, and process enhancements to increase efficiency and scalability.

Supplier Management

  • Owns enterprise relationships with visual media suppliers, including contract administration, pricing and revenue strategy, service performance, product offerings, ordering processes, and ongoing business reviews.
  • Defines service level agreements (SLAs), performance metrics, reporting, auditing frameworks, and accountability measures to ensure supplier performance and operational excellence.

Platform Adoption & Continuous Improvement

  • Drives platform adoption by supporting training, documentation, change management, and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
  • Collects stakeholder feedback, user insights, and operational data to prioritize enhancements that improve platform effectiveness, user experience, and business outcomes.
  • Utilizes data and performance metrics to evaluate platform effectiveness and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Cross-Functional Leadership

  • Serves as the primary business partner and subject matter expert for Marketing, Property Operations, Technology, Compliance, and vendor partners regarding visual media platforms and operational strategy.
  • Leads, coaches, and develops team members while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence.
BASIC KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in platform operations, digital asset management, visual media, marketing operations, or related disciplines.
  • Experience with digital asset management (DAM) platforms; Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) experience preferred.
  • Experience leading operational processes, platform governance, and vendor management initiatives.
  • Experience working with offshore teams preferred.

The salary range for this position is $85,000 - $95,000.


Additional Compensation:


Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements, prior experience, current skills and geographical location.

  • Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.
  • Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary, this role may be eligible to participatein weekly, monthly, and/or quarterly bonus programs.
