Ana Luisa is a Brooklyn-based e-commerce jewelry brand with a simple, but clearcut idea that high quality jewelry shouldn't cost the planet. We believe that how we create our pieces matters just as much as why people wear them and that luxury shouldn't be defined so narrowly and designed for so few. We design, craft and deliver exceptional everyday pieces for everyone, priced fairly and produced ethically to create a positive impact for both people and the planet.

About the Role
We are seeking a poised and highly detail-oriented Floor Lead, Merchandising to serve as a key steward of the Ana Luisa in-store experience. • Act as a voice of the client, offering insights that inform and refine the overall experience
  • Deliver signature services, including custom and permanent jewelry, with precision and artistry

Visual Merchandising & Operational Excellence

  • Own the execution of all in-store merchandising, creating a visually cohesive and compelling environment aligned with brand direction
  • Lead floorset installations with meticulous attention to detail and timing
  • Elevate team understanding of product storytelling, styling, and new collections
  • Ensure operational rigor through accurate inventory management, shipment oversight, and seamless daily execution

What You Bring

  • Experience in retail leadership, ideally within jewelry or luxury environments
  • A nuanced understanding of client experience and elevated service standards
  • Strong commercial acumen paired with an intuitive, brand-led mindset
  • Polished communication and leadership presence
  • Familiarity with Shopify and Google Workspace
  • Flexibility to support the needs of the business

Compensation:
As required by the California State salary transparency law, the expected base salary for this position ranges from $26-$29 hourly. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skills, training, experience, and our organizational structure.
