Our Visitor Services Team is the heartbeat of our operation-and the first friendly voice our guests hear when they need help. As a Visitor Services Agent, you'll play a key role in creating stress-free, joyful stays by supporting guests in real time and partnering closely with our property management and operations teams.

Sign-On Bonus
This position is eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus.
  • $250 will be paid on your first paycheck.
  • $250 will be paid after successful completion of 90 days of employment.

Bonus payments are subject to standard payroll taxes and require the employee to be actively employed and in good standing at the time of payout.
Requirements
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Be the go-to support for in-house guests via phone, text, and email
  • Assist guests with maintenance requests, questions, and basic troubleshooting
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with our property management and operations teams
  • Respond to guest concerns with warmth, enthusiasm, and careTrack communication and actions accurately within our systems
  • Share timely updates with guests regarding maintenance, property notices, and HOA communications
  • Build positive working relationships with teammates, vendors, and partner associations
  • Learn and confidently use our guest services tools and software:

What We're Looking For:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays (when our guests need us most!)
  • Reliable transportation to and from our Panama City Beach office

Schedule & Location:
  • Full-time, hybrid role in Panama City Beach, FL
  • Shifts scheduled between 8:00 AM - 10:00 PM, based on business needs
  • Weekend availability required
