Job Description
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for expanding sales of Paxiom Group's complete line of automated packaging machinery across multiple industries. This role calls for a driven and self-motivated professional capable of managing the entire sales process, from prospecting and lead qualification to solution development, proposal presentation, negotiation, and closing while delivering exceptional customer experiences and measurable results. We are searching for candidates primarily in Miami, Florida, and also Tampa, Florida, Orlando, Florida, and Las Vegas, Nevada.
Key Responsibilities
  • Sales & Customer Management
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all incoming leads.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Conduct in-person, in-showroom, and virtual (webinar) presentations to showcase Paxiom's capabilities and solutions.
  • Cultivate past accounts to uncover new opportunities.
  • Actively prospect and develop new business through research, outreach, and referrals.
  • Manage the full sales process: discovery, proposal, negotiation, and closing.
  • Stay informed on competitor activities and industry trends to position Paxiom effectively.
  • Product & System Knowledge
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all product lines, features, and applications.
  • Understand client production requirements and translate them into complete packaging solutions.
  • Participate in company-provided training and development sessions to continuously improve technical and commercial skills.
  • Internal Collaboration
  • Work closely with internal department including Engineering, Project Management, and Marketing to ensure alignment and a seamless customer experience.
  • Utilize CRM (Zoho) fully to track leads, manage opportunities, and maintain accurate project data.
  • Collaborate effectively with Paxiom's group of companies (WeighPack, EndFlex, and Canapa) to ensure unified communication andsupport.

Qualifications and Skills
  • Previous experience in capital equipment, manufacturing, or industrial sales is an asset, but not required.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and CRM systems.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Willingness to travel for trade shows, customer visits, and onsite demonstrations.

Deliverables and Performance Expectations
  • Submit monthly projections, sales results, and quarterly reports to the Director of Sales.
  • Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date CRM (Zoho) database.
  • Prepare and submit professional estimates and contracts to clients.
  • Achieve assigned sales quotas and maintain targeted selling margins.
  • Manage expenses responsibly and within budget guidelines.
