Job description

Description
WHO WE ARE
Come join the company at the center of how the world adopts AI securely. Cyera's mission is to give enterprises the confidence to embrace AI safely - deciding exactly what it can see and do as it reaches deeper into the business. We started by solving the hardest problem in data security: finding and securing data faster and more precisely than anyone thought possible. That foundation is now the essential AI trust infrastructure for the Fortune 1000. We're hiring mission-driven talent to put those leaders at the center of our story.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Cyera is seeking a highly organized and growth-minded Webinar Marketing Specialist to help manage and scale our webinar program across Cyera-hosted, partner, and third-party channels. This role sits within the Growth Marketing team and works closely with Product Marketing, Campaigns, Content, Marketing Operations, Sales, and external partners to create webinar experiences that educate buyers, engage target accounts, and support pipeline growth.
You'll manage the full webinar lifecycle, from calendar planning and promotion to live execution, sales follow-up, reporting, and on-demand promotion. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, comfortable managing many moving pieces, and excited to manage a high-performing demand generation channel.
In addition to webinars, this person may support broader demand generation programs and campaigns as needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Webinar Strategy and Promotion
  • Manage the webinar calendar across Cyera-hosted webinars, third-party programs, partner webinars, and on-demand promotions.
  • Plan targeted webinar themes and topics in partnership with Campaigns, Content, Product Marketing, Sales, subject matter experts, and external partners.
  • Align webinar plans with broader demand generation campaigns, field marketing programs, buyer journey stages, and pipeline goals.
  • Develop multi-channel promotion plans to drive registrations and attendance across email, web, social, third-party associations, sponsored channels, and partner publications.
  • Work with Campaigns and Marketing Operations to build and launch webinar programs, including registration forms, confirmation emails, calendar invites, reminders, and follow-up flows.
  • Partner with internal teams to create landing page copy, email copy, social snippets, and other promotional materials.
  • Use audience segmentation and AI tools where appropriate to improve targeting, speed up execution, and optimize promotional performance.

Webinar Production and Execution
  • Manage webinar setup and execution across platforms such as Goldcast, BrightTALK, Zoom, or similar tools.
  • Coordinate speaker prep, dry runs, live production, Q&A, polls, recordings, and post-event logistics.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for presenters and internal stakeholders before, during, and after each webinar.
  • Run day-of production, including audio/video checks, technical troubleshooting, live engagement, and attendee experience.

Sales Enablement and Follow-Up
  • Partner with Sales and XDR teams to support timely and relevant webinar follow-up.
  • Create post-webinar sales enablement materials, including attendee summaries, talking points, email templates, and suggested follow-up offers.
  • Translate attendee engagement, such as questions asked, poll responses, attendance time, and CTA clicks, into useful intent signals for Sales.
  • Partner with Content, Social, Campaigns, and Sales to extend the value of each webinar beyond the live event, including on-demand promotion, follow-up campaigns, and repurposing recordings into additional content pieces.

Performance Reporting and Optimization
  • Track and report on webinar performance across registration, attendance, engagement, conversion, lead quality, influenced pipeline, and post-event performance.
  • Use tools such as Salesforce and Tableau, and webinar platforms to understand end-to-end campaign performance.
  • Analyze what is working and recommend optimizations across topics, formats, promotion channels, audience targeting, and follow-up.
  • Continuously test and improve webinar formats, promotional tactics, and post-event processes to increase impact over time.

Requirements
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
  • 1 - 3 years of experience in webinar marketing, campaign marketing, demand generation, digital marketing, or a related role in B2B SaaS.
  • Experience working with Salesforce.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple webinars, campaigns, stakeholders, deadlines, and competing priorities at once.
  • Comfortable speaking publicly, including hosting webinars, introducing speakers, and moderating live Q&A.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with strong follow-through in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with Growth Marketing, Product Marketing, Content, Marketing Operations, Campaigns, Sales, and external partners.
  • Comfortable working closely with Sales or XDR teams to support pre-event promotion and post-event follow-up.
  • Comfortable using data to understand performance, report on results, and recommend improvements.

NICE TO HAVE:
  • Experience with webinar platforms such as Goldcast, BrightTALK, Zoom Webinar, ON24, or similar tools.
  • Experience with Marketo or other marketing automation platforms.
  • Experience in cybersecurity, data security, or technical B2B SaaS.
  • Familiarity with demand generation metrics such as cost per lead, registration-to-attendance rate, meeting creation, pipeline influence, and sponsored webinar performance.
  • Experience using AI tools to support copy generation, campaign execution, content repurposing, or program scaling.
