Job description

Mission of the National Virtual Translation Center (NVTC) is to provide and facilitate timely and accurate translation services of foreign language material to the elements of the Intelligence Community (IC) and other federal government agencies at the national level. The NVTC offers a comprehensive set of language services to the federal government, with material processed in a wide variety of formats: handwritten, typewritten, electronically or digitally produced documents; microfilm; audio; video; and web-based content. Location - within the United States, generally your nearest FBI office or JRIC.

Ability to move/transfer from one location to another. Qualifications: U.S. Citizen, who can pass language test in both foreign language and English language.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Security Clearance. Professional level language skill level (ILR 3) and have this certified by FBI Language Testing. Include Resume, NVTC Application, DLPT Score Report (DA 330), cover letter (optional) Compensation dependent upon skill level.
