Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Training Coordinator to join our team in the greater DMV area, supporting the Army National Guard.

Responsibilities

  • Manage enterprise training scheduling, logistics, instructor assignments, facilities, and travel for CONUS/OCONUS deliveries (PEC, ARRTC, regional sites).
  • Oversee class calendars, student registration, account setup, rosters, course material distribution, and instructor coordination.
  • Provide firstlevel technical support for virtual sessions (VTC/DCS/LMS) and resolve access or platform issues before/during training events.
  • Synchronize course delivery with system updates and organizational priorities by communicating with training centers, program staff, and instructors.
  • Track attendance, completions, certifications, and training effectiveness metrics; maintain student records and historical performance data.
  • Produce training reports, dashboards, and analysis packages for PL RCASFMS leadership and stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update training documentation, schedules, and repositories to reflect releases, policy changes, and curriculum improvements.
  • Support accreditation and planning requirements by maintaining auditquality records and evidence for training activities.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements to enhance training delivery and alignment with TRADOC/ARNG standards.

Qualifications

  • 2 years with BS/BA; 0 years with MS/MA; 6 years with no degree
  • Clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance.

  • Candidate must meet ONE of the following:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Business, Information Technology, or a related field; OR
    • Relevant DoD/military training (examples: Army 25B/25H ALC; Air Force Cyber 200; DCITA Cyber Workforce Management Course); OR
    • Relevant professional certification or equivalent experience (examples: CompTIA Security+; CompTIA Cloud+; ISC2 CAP/CGRC; GIAC GSLC).
  • Required experience and skills:

    • Coordinating training logistics, scheduling, or operations for enterprise or government training programs.
    • Proficiency with LMS/platforms, registration systems, scheduling tools, and virtual training technologies (VTC/DCS).
    • Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder coordination skills; ability to produce reports and maintain auditquality training records.
    • Experience managing travel, instructor logistics, and multisite course deployments.
  • Desired:

    • Prior DoD/ARNG training center or MTT coordination experience.
    • Familiarity with TRADOC/ARNG training standards, accreditation processes, and training effectiveness evaluation.

Target Salary Range$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations.
