Installer Trainee Entry-Level (Training Provided) Culligan Water of Harrisonburg
Culligan Water of Harrisonburg is seeking an Installer Trainee to join our growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who has recently graduated from high school with Vo-Tech training in plumbing, mechanical systems, or a related fieldor anyone who is mechanically inclined and ready to learn a trade.
We are willing to train the right candidate and provide a clear path for long-term growth in the water treatment and installation field.
Position Overview:
This is an entry-level, hands-on training role working alongside experienced installers. You will learn the fundamentals of plumbing, equipment installation, and water treatment systems over time with on-the-job training and support.
Pay Structure:

  • Trainee starting rate: $17/hour (training level)
  • Candidates with plumbing experience: starting at $20/hour
