Position Overview

As a Construction Field Manager, you will oversee the scheduling, coordination, and execution of construction projects across multiple job sites throughout the Baltimore region. You will work closely with field crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and to company quality standards.

This role is ideal for someone with strong leadership abilities, construction coordination experience, and excellent communication skills.
