Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based (1099 Independent Contractor)

Location: Georgia

Pay: $46.00 - $50.00 per hour

Help Students Find Their Voice Across Georgia!

We're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide high-quality services to students in school settings throughout Georgia. If you're passionate about helping students improve their communication skills and thrive academically, we'd love to connect with you.

This is a full-time 1099 independent contractor opportunity offering competitive weekly pay, consistent hours, and the flexibility to focus on making a meaningful impact in the lives of students.

Responsibilities

* Provide speech-language evaluations and therapy services for students in a school-based setting.
* Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
* Complete comprehensive evaluations and write timely, accurate reports.
* Collaborate with teachers, administrators, parents, and other related service providers to support student success.
* Participate in IEP meetings and other multidisciplinary team meetings.
* Maintain accurate documentation, progress notes, and service logs.
* Utilize virtual platforms for meetings, documentation, and collaboration when appropriate.
* Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and district special education requirements.

Qualifications

* Active Georgia Speech-Language Pathologist license required.
* Georgia educator certification, if required by the district, is preferred.
* Minimum of 2 years of recent school-based experience preferred.
* Experience with evaluations, IEP development, and school documentation.
* Comfortable using virtual technology and online platforms.
* Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
