Job description

The work will involve investigating the capabilities of a number of leading edge technologies in the realm of Extended Reality (XR): Augmented Reality (AR), Virtual Reality (VR), and Mixed Reality (MR). The student will perform hands-on work with hardware and software associated with the Meta Quest, HTC Vive, Microsoft Hololens, among others. Work will also include developing software tools for converting and importing 3D Computer Aided Design (CAD) models into a format compatible with the Unity virtual environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, develop, integrate, debug, and test real-time AR and VR software.
  • Collaborate with VR developers and designers to create immersive VR experiences.
