We are seeking Spanish-speaking licensed clinicians who are comfortable delivering care in a fully virtual, tech-enabled environment and passionate about expanding access to perinatal support.

This role is well suited for clinicians who enjoy brief, high-impact interactions, working within clear protocols, and supporting families through key perinatal transitions using digital tools.

What You'll Do
  • Conduct brief onboarding and activation calls in Spanish (10-15 minutes) using validated screening tools (e.g., EPDS)
  • Perform outreach to eligible members using structured scripts and digital workflows
  • Deliver virtual coaching sessions in Spanish focused on perinatal mental health, adjustment to parenthood, stress regulation, and health-promoting behaviors
  • Support members around common postpartum topics (mood, feeding, sleep, transitions) within Canopie's coaching scope, coordinating referrals when specialized care is needed
  • Identify elevated risk and follow defined escalation and referral pathways
  • Document all interactions accurately and efficiently in Canopie's digital platform
  • Communicate with members via phone, video, and secure messaging
  • Participate in remote training, supervision, and quality reviews

Requirements

  • Fluent Spanish speaker (spoken and written) able to deliver care confidently in Spanish
  • Active Florida license (LCSW, APRN, CNM, PA)
  • Experience supporting pregnant and postpartum individuals
  • Prior experience in telehealth, digital health, population health, or virtual care environments
  • Comfortable delivering brief, structured care and following protocols
  • Strong digital literacy (telehealth platforms, EHRs, secure messaging)
  • Reliable, organized, and responsive in a remote work setting

Preferred

  • Certification in perinatal mental health (PMH-C, MMH-C) and/or IBCLC
  • 3-5+ years of perinatal clinical or coaching experience
  • Experience working with Spanish-speaking or immigrant communities
  • Background in coaching, care navigation, or brief intervention models

Schedule & Commitment

  • Part-time contractor role (approximately 10-20 hours/week; varies by program needs)
  • Availability during business hours required; evening outreach availability is a plus
  • Timely documentation and consistent availability are essential

Benefits

  • Fully remote, digital-first care model
  • Competitive contractor rates aligned with Florida market standards
  • Ongoing clinical training, peer consultation, and supervision
  • Support for perinatal mental health certification for longer-term contributors
  • Opportunity to help build equitable access to maternal health support at scale
