Reporting to the Accounts Receivable Manager, the incumbent resolves customer demands as relates to invoicing, and customer accounts
Invoicing:
  • Quality assurance of sales orders/projects/contracts for billing accuracy.
  • Troubleshooting with operations/sales/client on invoicing corrections/credits.
  • Invoicing sales orders in a timely manner.

Customer Accounts
  • Respond to customer inquiries within established SLA times.
  • Resolution / escalation of client cases.
  • Handle delivery of monthly account statements.
  • Data management of account information - D365/Salesforce.

Level of education: Post-secondary education preferable, i,e, University equivalent.
Work experience: 2-3 years invoicing experiencing
1-2 years experience in an office environment and accounting practices.
Requested skills:
  • MS Office suite - Excel (intermediate), Word, Outlook.
  • ERP experience - Dynamics 365 and R2.
  • CRM experience - Salesforce.
  • Experience working remotely is required.

Bilingual - English required.
