We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Virtual Assistant to help support our project managers, operation team members.

You will assist with a variety of tasks across data entry, operations, and general business administration. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Defining and documenting business processes.
Creating charts and graphics of data for reporting purposes.
Working with project management tools. 
Assisting the lead generation team and other members as needed.
Assisting with a variety of tasks across data entry, operations, and general business administration.

Required Skills and Experience:

Exceptional communication skills, verbal and written.
Being punctual and quick to respond and communicate on a daily basis.
Ability to organize and multitask successfully.
Basic knowledge of business procedures and strategies.
Demonstrable experience with data analysis and research.
Great planning abilities.
