SUMMARY
Q2 is seeking a Contract Specialist to join our legal team who will carry out administrative and support functions for the contract operations team within the legal department as well as provide support and training for the direct, channel and relationship management sales teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Enter, maintain and ensure the integrity of contract data within Salesforce and other tracking databases including but not limited to accuracy and timeliness of dates and opportunity pricing
Create, maintain and update as necessary all miscellaneous contract templates and checklists to account for new pricing, products and/or services offerings
Draft sales orders, amendments, SOW's, and review sales order forms for accuracy
Ensure that contracts are thoroughly reviewed for pricing approvals prior to preparing a final copy for signature
Reply timely to interdepartmental and intradepartmental requests
Work independently and with little supervision, managing and documenting work assignments in Salesforce and addressing any concerns/requests by the applicable deadlines
Exercise some judgment within defined procedures and practices to determine the appropriate action
Responsible for ensuring that all contractual and approval policies and controls are adhered to
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
2-3 years of relevant contract experience with excellent working knowledge of contract terms and conditions
Must demonstrate ability to easily adapt to change and quickly learn and retain new processes and other contract related information
Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Salesforce needed

Capacity to absorb and retain large volumes of information

Extremely detail-oriented

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Availability to work outside standard working hoursas needed

This position requires fluent written and oral communication in English.
