As our Appointment Scheduler you will play a crucial role in patient flow and access to care within our dynamic healthcare environment. This position involves direct interaction with patients, ensuring timely scheduling for medical procedures, tests, and physician appointments. You will be instrumental in managing the patient journey, from initial contact to confirming coverage, contributing to an efficient and patient-centric experience. Every day you will take ownership of incoming patient inquiries, meticulously scheduling appointments and navigating complex medical calendars.
