Become a Key Player as an Administrative Assistant

You will provide high-level administrative and organizational support to the President, ensuring executive operations run smoothly and confidential matters are handled with discretion. You will interact with internal departments, external partners, and clients, and support meeting, travel, and budget coordination.

Here’s How You’ll Make an Impact on the Team
  • Manage scheduling, calendar coordination, and meeting logistics for the President.
  • Prepare, review, and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  • Handle incoming communications and inquiries, ensuring timely and appropriate responses.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems and safeguard confidential records.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense reporting.
  • Develop and maintain spreadsheets, reports, and analytical tools to support decision-making.
  • Use a project and task management tool to assist with project coordination, task tracking, and reporting.
  • Support preparation and tracking of departmental budgets, invoices, and purchase orders.
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings, conferences, and company events, including agendas and follow-up documentation.
  • Act as a liaison between the President and internal teams, external partners, and clients, exercising sound judgment.

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
