Commitment Bonus: $20,000 two-year commitment of employment; one year commitment on night shift

Nights Full Time 6:30-7:00 Rotating Weekends

Join our team is a Registered Nurse Medical Surgical RN where you will provide compassionate care to patients alongside a dedicated team of Registered Nurses (RNs), Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs), and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs). You will play a crucial role in assessing patient needs, administering treatments, and ensuring patient comfort and safety. This position offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment focused on delivering high-quality patient care

How you'll contribute

P erforms plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.

Documents patient care and monitors patient condition, communicating with care team, physician, patient, and family.

Assists patients with activities of daily living, including hygiene, elimination, nutrition, and ambulation.

Coordinates patient care across disciplines, including transfers, discharges, referrals, and support needs.

Provides patient and family education appropriate to age, culture, and circumstances.

Advocates for the physical and emotional well-being of patients.

Participate in performance improvement and continuing education.

Maintains regular and reliable attendance.

Performs other duties as assigned.

Exposure: Regular occupational exposure to bloodborne pathogens and hazardous materials.

Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, lifting/moving patients, and repetitive hand/arm movements

What are we looking for:

Education:

Associate's degree in nursing required, bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.

License: /Certifications:

Current RN license in state of practice

Graduate of an accredited school of nursing

BCLS required; ACLS, PALS, and Handle with Care preferred.
