Job description

Responsibilities
The Virtual Quality Nurse emphasizes quality improvement, nursing practice support, and care coordination through a telehealth model. The Virtual Quality Nurse will partner with bedside care teams, leaders, and interdisciplinary staff to strengthen outcomes, standardize best practices, and advance patient safety across our hospital system.
**This role offers a hybrid work option. Initial training will take place at a Norton Healthcare facility, and you must be available to come onsite for business needs as required. Employees in this position must reside in Kentucky or Indiana.**
Qualifications
Required:
  • Five years of clinical practice with demonstrated experience in quality improvement or nursing leadership
  • Bachelor Degree
  • Registered Nurse (RN)

Desired:
  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN)
