Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct both individual and group therapy sessions via telehealth, adhering to established program schedules.

  • Coordinate necessary treatment services, including community resources, to optimize outcomes for each client on your caseload.

  • Engage in Quality Improvement initiatives, contributing actively to task groups focused on enhancing service delivery and client outcomes.
  • Participate in regular in-service trainings, supervision meetings, and collaborative staff meetings to share insights and strengthen team dynamics.
  • Ensure comprehensive documentation of client records that meet licensing standards, maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.
Patient Population / Client Focus

The client population at Vitalize encompasses a diverse array of individuals experiencing mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational issues. Your role will involve providing compassionate care to adults, adolescents, and families, ensuring their experiences and needs are prioritized. By employing evidence-based practices, you will help clients develop coping strategies and resilience, guiding them toward improved mental health.

Qualifications
  • A Masterโ€™s Degree in Clinical Psychology, Counseling, or Related Field (e.g., MA in Clinical Psychology, MA in Counseling, MA in Clinical Social Work) is required.
  • Must hold a current and valid professional license in California as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the mental health field working directly with clients is essential.
  • Proficient in using computer applications, including the Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Word), for documentation and communication.
  • Exhibits the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple cases with efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Demonstrated self-direction and capability to work independently without supervision.
Preferred Experience
  • Experience with a telehealth platform for delivering mental health services.

Compensation and Benefits
