As a Virtual Property Manager, you will often act as the central point of communication between tenants, property owners, and on-site maintenance teams. You'll coordinate repair requests, prioritize urgent matters, and ensure vendors or contractors are dispatched promptly, usually by leveraging property management software and communication tools. Clear, proactive communication is essential to keep all parties informed and to minimize delays, especially since you aren't physically present at the property.
