• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, helping to craft individualized treatment plans based on assessed criteria.
• Provide evidence-based therapy tailored to each client’s unique situation, utilizing various therapeutic modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness techniques.
• Collaborate with clients in establishing measurable therapeutic goals and offer consistent support and motivation as they work through their challenges.
• Monitor and adapt treatment strategies in response to client progress, utilizing feedback and clinical observations to improve outcomes.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of therapy sessions, treatment plans, and client interactions, adhering to best practices for telehealth documentation.

Our clinic serves a wide-ranging clientele, including adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, and trauma. You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse population, including individuals from various cultural and socioeconomic backgrounds. Our primary focus is on providing compassionate and effective care that respects each client’s unique experiences and needs.

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
• A Bachelor’s degree is necessary, although a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building rapport and fostering therapeutic relationships in a remote setting.
• A strong sense of empathy and the ability to understand and relate to clients' difficulties.
• Proven organizational and time-management skills, with a capacity to manage multiple client cases and documentation requirements efficiently.

• Previous telehealth experience is advantageous, familiarizing yourself with the nuances of virtual client interactions.
• Experience working with diverse populations, particularly in virtual settings.
• Familiarity with EMR systems relevant to mental health documentation.

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 75,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience, along with a sign-on bonus for qualified candidates joining our team.
