• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations using telehealth to understand client needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
• Utilize various therapeutic modalities to provide effective counseling to clients, including video and audio communication, as well as written therapeutic assignments.
• Manage patient schedules autonomously, deciding on the number and frequency of sessions based on client requirements and your availability.
• Maintain detailed clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring all patient interactions are accurately logged.
• Engage in ongoing professional development through peer consultation and supervision while collaborating with seasoned therapists within the network.

Our platform uniquely caters to stable, low-acuity adults experiencing common mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, relationship issues, weight management concerns, and grief. Importantly, you will not be required to manage cases involving severe mental health crises or minors.

• A Master’s Degree or Doctorate in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
• A current and unrestricted LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor) license with no disciplinary actions.
• A reliable internet connection and an efficient work setup, including a computer or laptop (tablets are not compatible).

• Experience delivering telehealth services, particularly in virtual counseling settings.
• Proficiency in using digital platforms for clinical documentation and client communication.
• A strong foundation in various therapeutic approaches and models, allowing for diverse treatment strategies.

• Compensation in the range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually based on experience and credentialing.
