Key Responsibilities

  • Facilitate and lead psychoeducational therapy groups, using proven methodologies to teach coping skills, promote self-awareness, and encourage peer support.
  • Ensure effective discharge planning by working closely with students and their families to develop comprehensive understanding of coping strategies, transition plans, and available resources.
  • Confirm discharge appointments proactively with students and their guardians to support a smooth transition back into their routine.
  • Collaborate with referral sources and outpatient providers at all critical intervalsโ€”admission, midpoint, and dischargeโ€”to ensure continuity of care.
  • Participate actively in outreach initiatives and program tours, showcasing the mental health services offered to students, schools, and families.
Patient Population / Client Focus

This role primarily focuses on school-aged children and adolescents facing a range of emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges. Qualifications
