This full-time position allows you to work from the comfort of your own home while providing vital therapeutic services to adolescents and young adults. • Conduct comprehensive virtual assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' mental health and substance abuse histories, utilizing standardized tools and professional judgment.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to the unique needs of each client.
• Collaborate regularly with other treatment team members—including psychiatrists, case managers, and peer specialists—to ensure integrated and holistic care.
• Educate and involve clients' families in the recovery process, fostering an inclusive environment that supports their loved ones.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

The primary focus of this role is on adolescents and young adults grappling with a variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, mood disorders, trauma, and substance use. You will engage with a diverse clientele, helping them navigate their unique challenges through tailored therapeutic interventions.

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or equivalent is necessary.
• Proven experience in providing telehealth therapy services, particularly to adolescents and young adults.
• Strong computer skills and a proficiency in navigating healthcare technology, including EHR systems and Google Suite, are essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, professional demeanor, and empathetic engagement abilities are crucial.

• 2-3 years of demonstrated experience in delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a clinical setting.
• Familiarity with treatment frameworks and methodologies that focus on integrated care.
• A willingness to receive training in Duality Mental Health Services' specific care pathways and therapeutic approaches.
• Comfort in working independently and managing a caseload effectively from a remote environment.
