• Conduct comprehensive mental health evaluations to understand patients’ histories, symptoms, and needs, ultimately crafting personalized treatment plans that guide their healing journey.
• Implement evidence-based therapeutic approaches, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, catering to the specific needs and circumstances of individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitate psychoeducational groups and support sessions to foster a sense of community and provide patients with the tools they need to manage their mental health effectively.
• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for our patients, discussing case details and developing integrated treatment strategies.
• Offer crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients while adhering to best practices.
• Educate patients on mental health conditions and treatment options, promoting awareness and access to community resources that enhance their recovery.
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with HIPAA and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for effective documentation.
• Participate actively in team meetings and case consultations to share insights, seek peer support, and remain abreast of advancements in mental health practices.
• Commit to ongoing professional development by engaging in training opportunities that support continuous learning and skill enhancement.

• Applicants must possess a Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
• A current and valid LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker) license in California is required.
• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health conditions and therapeutic methodologies with a commitment to utilizing evidence-based practices.
• Proven experience in conducting mental health assessments and devising tailored treatment strategies for diverse clients.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
• Strong ethical standards, sound judgment, and a staunch adherence to professional boundaries.
• Proficiency in EHR systems and relevant computer applications, with a willingness to adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative multidisciplinary team environment.

• Previous experience working within a telehealth setting is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with group therapy facilitation and community outreach efforts.
• Experience in crisis intervention and management.
• Engagement with specialized populations, such as substance use disorders or trauma survivors.

The salary for this position ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, reflecting the candidate’s experience and credentials.
