Job description

Join a School Team That Makes a Difference
ProCare Therapy is partnering with a respected school district in Wilmington, Delaware to hire a committed Paraprofessional for the current school year. If you’re passionate about supporting students and helping them succeed in the classroom, this could be a great fit.

Position Details
Location: Wilmington, DE
Schedule: Full-time (30–40 hours per week)
Start Date: ASAP
Caseload: Assigned based on experience and district needs

Key Responsibilities
• Assist teachers with daily classroom instruction and activities
• Provide one-on-one or small group support to students
• Help reinforce lesson plans and learning objectives
• Support students with behavioral and academic needs
• Assist in implementing IEPs under teacher direction
• Promote a positive and inclusive learning environment

Required Qualifications
• Active Delaware Paraprofessional Certification (required)
• High school diploma or higher
