Job description

Amazon Hub is growing and we are working to create a world class delivery experience for customers through alternate delivery options - lockers and pickup points. If you are passionate about delivery operations and look around corners for ways to serve customers, we want your help.
The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for all aspects of product installation across NA as we continue to expand the business. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners - including service providers, host partners, technology and product management, and the local business development team. The individual must be both analytical and creative, seeking out ways to improve products, processes, and tools, and executing on those ideas. Strong interpersonal skills are also important as the position will have frequent interaction with senior leadership at Amazon and partner companies.
Key job responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end installation process for Hub products
- Execute service roll-out on-time
- Drive continuous improvement projects in installation processes, as well as cost reduction
- Monitor performance of service providers such as installation partners, and other service providers, and escalate issues as needed
- Lead and participate in comprehensive doc writing such as OP2, XBRs, strategic docs and analytical docs.
- Identify through analysis and execute on opportunities to improve customer experience and performance, including raising the bar for key metrics such as cycle time and vendor performance
- Lead and participate in strategic projects, including new product and feature launches, process improvements, and geographic expansion
- Identify and implement AI-driven solutions and automation to streamline manual, repetitive processes, reducing operational overhead and enabling the team to focus on higher-impact, strategic work
- Develop materials for service providers and host partners such as SOPs and training guides etc.
- Report on daily, weekly, monthly KPIs and projects to senior leadership
- Promote and develop an environment which is receptive and adaptable to business change
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent
- Experience in program or project management
- Experience working proactively and independently, meeting deadlines, and delivering on projects and tasks
- Experience with written and verbal communication and presentation
- A passion for developing best in class customer experience
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
- Experience analyzing metrics to drive business improvements
- Knowledge of and proficiency in Excel and SQL
- Experience influencing internal and external stakeholders

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
