Job description

MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Business Operations Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas . Responsibilities include but are not limited to: * Prepares and drafts administrative documentation, executive correspondence, and routine program performance metrics under senior guidance.
* Develop tracking matrices for project milestones and maintain organized records of administrative actions.
* Establishes standard operating procedures to ensure all PMO workflows are executed with precision.
* Executes day-to-day meeting support, calendar coordination, and action-item tracking for a large-scale mission support program.
* Compile status summaries from functional Task Leads, draft responses to routine administrative inquiries, and assist in tracking personnel onboarding and clearance milestones.
* Support the maintenance of administrative Contingency Plans and coordinate data inputs for Mission-Partner reviews within the USPACOM AOR .
* Takes direction, guidance, and mentoring from more senior staff. Minimum Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a related field.
* 3+ years of position-relevant experience.
* Proficiency in office automation tools, calendar management, and database tracking systems. Preferred Qualifications: * Experience working within a secure Military Program Office or command staff environment.
* Familiarity with automated task management platforms.
* Strong background in technical writing and meeting minutes compilation. Clearance Required: * Must hold an active Secret clearance Physical Requirements: * The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
* Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
