Job Description: Your Piece of the Puzzle
Bring vision, creativity, and leadership to the forefront. As NFM's Visual Merchandising Manager, you'll guide the overall aesthetic of the showroom and ensure every space reflects NFM's brand standards. Working closely with Senior leadership, you'll lead the team in crafting inspiring, dynamic displays that elevate the customer experience and support strategic business goals.
Job Duties: A Day in the Life
  • Manage: the planning and execution of floor sets, seasonal presentations, and new product launches
  • Maintain: a creative, collaborative environment that drives sales and enhances the in-store experience
  • Assist: Senior Visual Leadership in developing and executing merchandising and trend strategies
  • Collaborate: With Merchandising and Display leaders to create engaging visual experiences that resonate with customers
  • Lead the team: In maximizing showroom real estate to support creative brand strategy and timely product transitions

Qualifications: Can You Check These Boxes?
  • Bachelor's degree in Merchandising, Marketing, design, art, related field or equivalent experience preferred
  • 5 - 7 years of visual display or related experience, preferably in a retail home furnishings or fashion-related business
  • 4 years of supervisory/management experience
  • Valid driver's license and ongoing acceptable driving record
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work with little to no supervision
  • Good color vision and the ability to coordinate colors and styles
  • Computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office Applications
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and/or early morning hours based on business needs
