Job description

Our retail client is looking for a Graphic Designer with 1+ years' experience with fashion campaigns such ascreating visual merchandise presentations on paper instead of more marketing graphic design focused campaigns (i.e. websites, ads, logos. ) This role is onsite 2 days a week and remote 3 days.In this role, the Graphic Designer will create a catalog will that will outline products and provide clear, visually compelling guidelines for store teams and stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a visual & virtual merchandising catalog that communicates fixture density standards and best practices.
Translate operational and merchandising concepts into clear, easy-to-understand graphics and layouts.
Work closely with the Presentation and Merchandise Operation team and the balance of the core prototype team to incorporate design elements that reflect the future Client prototype vision.
Ensure all visuals adhere to Client brand guidelines and maintain a professional, retail-focused aesthetic.
Complete Visual Merchandising Book into a digital format that is print-ready
Create fixture density diagrams and supporting visuals
Design and layout style guide for future updates
Qualifications:
o Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
o Experience with Canva .
Retail Experience: Understanding of visual merchandising principles, fixture layouts, and store design.
Creative & Detail-Oriented: Ability to balance aesthetics with clarity and functionality.
Strong Communication Skills: Comfortable collaborating with cross-functional teams and presenting design concepts.
Project Management: Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
