Product Command Center
As a Product Line Manager, you'll turn fast-moving market signals into clear assortment decisions-keeping our lineup sharp, profitable, and ready for what's next. This role exists to bring disciplined product planning, lifecycle clarity, and customer-backed direction to every category move.
What you'll lead:
- Gather and assess new product ideas from customers, Sales, suppliers, events, and competitive research
- Monitor sales, margin, customer feedback, and market insights to spot growth opportunities and improvement needs
- Make lifecycle recommendations-launch, update, streamline, or discontinue-based on performance and strategy
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Product Development to capture insights and uncover new opportunities
- Track trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to help protect and extend our market leadership
What you bring:
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Merchandising, Product Management, or a related field
- 3-5 years of experience in product merchandising, product management, category management, marketing, or similar work
- Preferred: experience in apparel, footwear, workwear, industrial products, or consumer goods
