This role oversees daily operations, drives product visibility, and ensures Company standards are met through effective coaching, scheduling, and performance management.Comprehensive Benefits Package: Medical, Dental, Vision, PTO, 401k, Employee Assistance Program, etc.Essential Job FunctionsOversee all aspects of the Merchandiser team, including hiring, training, ongoing coaching & development, scheduling, performance reviews and terminationsMaintain ongoing communication with Merchandisers throughout the day to ensure they remain on schedule and provide support as neededAudit store accounts to ensure Company standards are met and to identify opportunities to expand distribution of new and existing productsRegularly visit store accounts to verify product rotation and merchandising executionDevelop and maintain strong customer relationships to support retention and long-term loyaltySchedule Merchandiser routes and ensure route efficiency within designated territoryCollaborate with cross-functional team members (e.g., sales teams) to strengthen alignment with customer needsPerform additional duties as assignedQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalentA valid driver's licenseStrong verbal and written communication skillsSkills in critical thinking, problem-solving, judgment and decision-makingAbility to organize and prioritize work and tasks effectivelyStrong attention to detailAbility to work collaboratively with othersAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate objectives clearly to associatesReliable transportation to and from assigned accountsGeneral knowledge of merchandising practicesUnderstanding of customer service principles and processesBasic proficiency with computers, tablets and related technologyMust be flexible and adaptable in supporting the team to achieve Company goalsAbility to work evening, weekend and holiday hours as requiredWorking EnvironmentWork is primarily performed in a store environment.
