Med Supply US is seeking a dependable Medical Office Assistant to help manage daily office operations for a healthcare company specializing in diabetes medical equipment and continuous glucose monitors (CGM).
This role is ideal for someone with experience working in a medical office, insurance verification, or healthcare administration who enjoys staying organized and supporting a fast-moving team.
Responsibilities:
  • Assist with daily office operations.
  • Verify patient insurance information.
  • Help collect documentation from doctors' offices.
  • Update patient records in internal systems.
  • Assist with insurance and billing follow-ups.
  • Communicate with patients, doctors' offices, and insurance companies.
  • Keep office files and records organized.
  • Support remote team members with administrative tasks.
