The Partnering Facilitator serves as a neutral third-party expert responsible for planning, coordinating, and facilitating partnering sessions between government agencies and project stakeholders. This position plays a critical role in supporting successful project delivery by enhancing trust, mitigating risks, and promoting compliance with applicable standards, including NAVFAC (Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command) partnering requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partnering Facilitation — Lead structured sessions (in-person or virtual) to align government and contractor teams, resolve conflicts, and establish charters and commitments.
