* Please note this is not a remote working opportunity. The successful candidate for this role must be able to work in person in the office at our Webster NY Facility*
The Inside Sales role is responsible for working collaboratively in a team oriented environment to provide the highest level of customer satisfaction, while maintaining speed and accuracy to secure orders. The sales support group provides a positive and fast paced dynamic which aligns to the overall Studco Company culture. We are a growing Global business looking for key team members to take the company to the next level. Studco will provide the successful candidate with the opportunity for both career development and industry exposure.
This position will be supporting our EZ Concept line of products.
Duties & Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound / outbound phone activity to assist architects, designers, custom home builders, general contractors, and building material distributors with consultative feedback on their relevant projects
  • Provide customers with technical product knowledge and upsell them on our product offerings and end to end custom solutions.
  • Qualify all of the details of quotes and orders and guide customers through the buying process
  • Perform virtual trainings to architects and builders on our products and services offered
  • Support generating quotes and review drawing documents as needed to finalize orders
  • Respond to email inquiries and webchats from current and prospective customers
  • Support independent sales reps to grow sales and supply them with marketing material and samples as needed
  • Understand and maintain confidentiality relating to all business activities, especially relating to manufacturing details and customer/ supplier details.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the General Manager of Inside Sales and Business Development

  • Provide training and support to internal team who will require more knowledge of the industry, our sales process, and products we offer
  • Work as a team with the sales department to do whatever is needed to assist customers or other teammates
