Located on the 7th floor of Park Hyatt Chicago, NoMI Kitchen, Lounge, & Garden is a refined dining destination offering modern cuisine, exceptional service, and stunning views of Lake Michigan. THE ROLE:
As the NoMI Greeter, you will serve as the first impression of our restaurant, setting the tone for an exceptional guest experience from the moment of arrival. With a warm, poised, and professional presence, you'll welcome guests, manage reservations and seating with precision, and act as a key liaison between the dining room and front-of-house operations. Your ability to anticipate needs, maintain grace under pressure, and create a sense of genuine hospitality is essential to the refined service NoMI is known for. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a sophisticated, guest-focused environment and understands that luxury is felt in the details.

WAGE INFORMATION:
The hourly rate for this position is $26.50. This position is also eligible to earn overtime and premium pay under certain circumstances.
