Position Summary:

MonArk ABA Therapy is seeking a knowledgeable and solutions-driven IT Coordinator to support our growing network of clinics across Northwest Ohio. This role will play a key part in maintaining a secure, efficient, and user-friendly technology environment, with a strong emphasis on HIPAA compliance and end-user support.

The ideal candidate will have expertise with Mac platforms, including macOS system configuration, troubleshooting, and integration. In addition, the IT Specialist must be highly proficient with Google Workspace tools (Gmail, Google Drive, Google Chat, etc.) and capable of supporting a multi-site organization with both on-site and remote troubleshooting needs.

This role requires a hands-on, proactive problem-solver who can effectively balance day-to-day technical support with strategic infrastructure improvements and vendor coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Help Desk & Troubleshooting

    • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal IT issues across all MonArk clinics.

    • Resolve hardware, software, connectivity, and printing issues in a timely manner.

    • Develop and implement an IT ticketing system to prioritize and track support needs.

  • Technology Setup & Maintenance

    • Set up and configure new laptops, tablets, printers, routers, and other devices.

    • Support staff onboarding by ensuring all required tech is configured and accessible.

    • Maintain and update device inventory, including asset tracking and lifecycle planning.

  • Network & Infrastructure

    • Manage clinic Wi-Fi networks and troubleshoot connectivity issues.

    • Coordinate internet service setups and upgrades for new or expanding locations.

    • Collaborate with external security providers on access control, cameras, and system functionality.

  • Vendor Management

    • Work with third-party vendors for security systems, internet service providers, and IT consultants.

    • Assist in evaluating new technology tools or services that support company growth.

  • Travel

    • Periodically visit MonArk clinics (Findlay, Ottawa, Van Wert, Lima, Upper Sandusky, Defiance, and others as added) for on-site tech support and installations.

    • Mileage reimbursement provided for approved travel.

Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of IT support experience, preferably in a multi-site environment.

  • Strong working knowledge of:

    • Mac OS, Office 365, Google Workspace, and general Microsoft applications

    • Network setup and maintenance (Wi-Fi routers, modems, firewalls)

    • Printers, scanners, and other peripheral hardware

  • Experience supporting HIPAA-compliant systems or working in a healthcare setting is strongly preferred.

  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary and benefits

  • Mileage reimbursement for off-site support

  • A collaborative, mission-driven environment with room for professional growth

  • The opportunity to help scale technology infrastructure at a rapidly growing behavioral health company
