About the role:ย 

A financial services accountย is seeking aย seniorย virtualย eventsย andย multimediaย producerย to lead the planning, production, and delivery of high-qualityย live, on demand, and hybrid virtual events, as well as videoย content.ย 

This roleย partners closely with the Head of Multimedia and Production Manager to support and evolve end-to-end production workflowsย and deliver best-in-class client experiences,ย while helping shape the future of virtual and hybrid event delivery across the firm. The role combines hands-on production oversight with a focus on scale, engagement, and operational efficiency,ย leveragingย modern production tools, emerging technologies, and AI-enabled workflows whereย appropriate. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, highly responsive, and holds a high bar for quality and results.ย 

What you will be doing:ย 
  • Lead endtoendย virtual and hybrid event production, fromย initialย briefing and creative alignment through execution and reportingย 
  • Lead all video content associated with and generated from webcasts, ensuring alignment with creative, brand, and production standards from concept through deliveryย 
  • Design and deliver cohesive hybrid event experiences that providesย an equivalent, high-quality experience for both in-person and virtual audiencesย 
  • Support EMEA video content and webcast production, ensuring alignment with global standards and regional requirementsย 
  • Develop and manageย detailedย project plans,ย scheduling,ย timelines, andย task listsย to support multiple concurrent productions with precision and reliabilityย 
  • Serve as the primary point of contact forย speakers, moderators, and internal participants, ensuring clear communication ofย logistics, expectations, and best practicesย ย 
  • Oversee all technical and operational aspects of virtual event platforms, streaming tools, productionย workflows, and externalย vendorsย 
  • Operate with flexibility to support market-driven rapid response needs and cyclical live webcasts, including occasional early mornings, late evenings, or extended production daysย 
  • Upholdย client'sย brand, quality, and operational standards across all productionsย 
  • Serve as a strategic partner to internal stakeholders on virtual and hybrid event design, audience engagement, and content deliveryย 
  • Continuouslyย identifyย opportunities to elevate event experiences through new formats, interactivity, personalization, and storytellingย 
  • Stay on theย cutting edgeย of virtual event trends, platforms, and audience behavior, proactively recommending enhancements andย new approachesย 
  • Leverage AI tools and automation toย optimizeย planning, production, andย posteventย workflowsย ย 
  • Partner with the multimedia team to evolve anย AIenabledย production model that improves speed, consistency, and cost efficiencyย 
  • Useย datadrivenย insights to inform event strategy, audience targeting, engagement optimization, and performance measurementย 
  • Createย timely, clear, and effective communications for stakeholders, speakers, and partnersย 
  • Manage event data, metrics, and analytics to supportย followup, reporting, and continuous improvementย 
  • Proactivelyย identifyย and deliverย valueaddsย at every opportunityย -ย finding innovative ways to enhance content, engagement, and impactย 
  • Share best practices, emerging platforms,ย and new supplier insights across the team to continuously raise the barย 
What you need to be great in this role:ย 
  • 5-6+ yearsย producing live virtual events/webcasts and hybrid events (corporate, agency, or enterprise environment),ย preferably in financial services environmentย 
  • Strong working knowledge of live streamingย andย webcast production fundamentals,ย with hands-on experienceย usingย at least one major virtual event/webcast platformย 
  • Bachelor's degree in communications, media, broadcast, or related field or equivalent practical experienceย 
  • Provenย track recordย managing multiple,ย high-visibility productions simultaneously, balancing tight timelines, senior stakeholders, and uncompromising production standardsย 
  • Demonstrated ability to run show flow development, rehearsals, speaker prep, live run-of-show execution, and contingency planningย 
  • Excellentย projectย and productionย managementย skills, including development ofย timelines, run-of-show documents, production briefs, and task plansย 
  • Demonstrated experienceย managingย vendors, freelancers, and cross-functional partners from kickoff through post-eventย deliveryย 
  • Data-driven mindset, with experienceย measuringย and reporting event metrics (e.g.,ย registrations, attendance, engagement, watch time, drop-off, Q&A, poll participation)ย and translating insights into actionable improvementsย 
  • Exceptional written and verbal communicationย skills;ย with the abilityย to translate technical requirements into clear guidance for speakers and stakeholdersย 
  • High emotional intelligence with executive presence: calm under pressure, proactive, service-minded, and confident in live production environmentsย 
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence, ensuringย brandย integrity, show polish, audience experience, and participant readinessย 
  • Experience designing virtual/hybrid events for audience engagement and content strategy (formatย selection, interactivity, segmentation, personalization, story arc).ย ย 
  • Foundational understanding of video post-production workflows and formats, includingย basic editorial concepts,ย audio standards, codecs, frame rates, and branding packagesย 
  • At the time of thisย posting, the base salary for this position may range fromย $130,000.00ย toย $140,000.00 USD.ย Individual compensation varies based onย job relatedย factors, including location, business needs, level of responsibility, experience, and qualifications. The range listed is just oneย componentย of OLIVER's total compensation package.ย
