  • Lead end-to-end event technology strategy, planning, vendor coordination, testing, and onsite execution for Tier 1 events, overseeing registration technology, attendee management, mobile applications, lead retrieval, session scanning, reporting, live AV production, and related event technology solutions to deliver seamless attendee experiences.

  • Serve as the Event Producer for Procore's digital event portfolio, including strategic webinars, virtual events, livestreams, and Tier 1 digital experiences, including Groundbreak+.

  • Own the end-to-end planning, production, technical execution, and delivery framework for digital events, ensuring high-quality attendee experiences and measurable business impact.

  • Own the strategy, administration, governance, and optimization of Goldcast, RainFocus, Cvent, and other event technology, ensuring platforms are scalable, secure integrated, AI-enabled, and optimized for business success.

  • Represent Event Marketing as the event technology and AI subject matter expert, partnering with Marketing's AI Council and cross-functional technology leaders to identify, pilot, and scale AI capabilities that transform event experiences and operational efficiency.

  • Lead Procore's Event Technology Center of Excellence by establishing AI-enabled global standards, governance, templates, playbooks, and scalable self-service capabilities that empower global marketing teams to deliver consistent, efficient, and high-quality event experiences.

  • Serve as Procore's event technology subject matter expert, providing strategic guidance, enablement, reporting, and performance insights in partnership with Revenue Operations to drive platform adoption, optimize attendee engagement, and continuously improve business outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in event technology, digital events, webinar production, event operations, marketing operations, or a related field.

  • Experience owning enterprise event technology platforms such as RainFocus, Cvent, Goldcast, ON24, Bizzabo, Zoom Events, or similar solutions.

  • Experience leading digital event production, webinars, virtual events, and Tier 1 conferences.

  • Demonstrated passion for AI, automation, and emerging technologies that improve event experiences and operational efficiency.

  • Experience leading platform strategy, governance, vendor management, and cross-functional event technology initiatives.

  • Strong project management, stakeholder management, and technical troubleshooting skills in fast-paced environments.
