Our continuous and rapid growth is attributable to the caliber of employees 4M strives to hire and retain. 4M Research is seeking mid to senior level Electronic Warfare Analysts for our team in Huntsville, AL. Responsibilities: Employs understanding of Electronic Warfare (EW), Electronic Attack (EA), and Electronic Countermeasures and substantial knowledge of military operations as well as military tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). Analyzes requirements and evaluates adequacy of designs to support and test multiple threat systems throughout their lifecycle. Reviews technical and program documentation in support of emerging threat EW technologies, methodologies, and adversarial TTPs. Conducts demonstrations and tests of threat systems and when necessary, provides operation and support to events. Provides technical and programmatic support ensuring internal and external tasks are assigned, tracked, and completed in accordance with EW/Radar program requirements. Provides support in the rapid generation of strategic insight regarding complex EW/Radar questions posed by senior leadership. Develops and documents threat validation reports and necessary customer required documentation. Analyzes threat system characteristics, communicates such analysis, and recommends EW/Radar solutions. Conducts open and closed source threat research to identify key performance parameters and system requirements to support development of threat systems to support Multidomain Operations (MDO). Provides technical oversight of threat system development to support MDO range activities at CONUS and OCONUS US Army test and training ranges. Coordinate Radio Frequency Authorizations (RFA) submittals. Perform technical reviews of radio frequency allocations - DD Form 1494s and J/F12s. Requirements: BS in STEM (technical/engineering preferred). Senior - 10+ years' related experience, Mid-Level - 6+ years' related experience. Approximately 25% travel required. Active Secret Clearance with eligibility for TS/SCI clearance.
