Job description

To be considered for this role, candidates must reside in or near Lubbock, TX.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE
The Virtual Clinical Educator has a key role to play as part of the Sales and Marketing organization. The right candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving customer education, with a focus on the development of class curriculums, execution of virtual classes and constant improvement of content to better suit the learning needs of our partners. This individual will need an understanding of our products, computer programs used for our virtual platform, presentation skills and adult education principles.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Training:
• Understand and be proficient using Teams, Word, Excel, "OBS", SalesForce, and other audio and visual technology related to virtual meetings
• Effectively train and motivate our partners to be successful trainers
• Effectively train nursing staff on product use and practical applications
• Create virtual curriculums to address educational needs
• Implement and execute virtual education sessions as necessary (basic, advanced) for our partners.
• Maintain product competency through keeping up-to-date on product and procedural changes.
• Other duties as assigned.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS
• The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
• Must be able to physically cover and execute virtual classes attend team meetings and occasionally travel to in-person meetings or events.
• Lifting requirements of up to 75 lbs. necessary to move some equipment in preparation for virtual classes
• Must reside in or near Lubbock, TX.

• Virtual Clinical Director
EDUCATION
• PCT, CCHT, or above preferred. Previous product experience required.
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS
• 5+ years of experience in education and/or in the dialysis industry
• Very strong interpersonal skills.
• Self-starter, energetic, with an infectious, positive, can-do attitude.
The rate of pay for this position will depend on the successful candidate's work location and qualifications, including relevant education, work experience, skills, and competencies.
