Responsibilities:
• Provide advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, network, and peripherals.
• Handle escalations from the Service Desk and junior technicians.
• Perform root‑cause analysis and propose improvements.
• Support laptops, virtual desktops, mobile devices, and workstation setups.
• Manage installation, configuration, and deployment of devices and applications.
• Participate in lifecycle management including imaging, patching, and upgrades.
• Document procedures and troubleshooting steps.
• Deliver high‑quality customer service and communicate IT events.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and service delivery teams.
• Support corporate security tools, MFA platforms, and endpoint protection.
Qualifications:
Required:
• 4–6+ years of desktop support experience in enterprise environments.
